How to book your apartment?

You can book your apartment for seasonal rental in several ways. By using our booking system below, or by choosing one of our partners (Booking.com, Expedia, or Airbnb). Finally, you can contact us directly by contact form by clicking here.

A young and dynamic team is at your disposal 22h/24 day & night.

Booking conditions

For each reservation, each person staying in the apartment must provide on arrival a valid passport (or national identity card for Moroccans). A rental contract is established and signed upon arrival. The keys are handed over only after payment.

Other documents such as driving licenses, foreign identity cards, photocopies of passports, foreign travel documents are not valid and will not allow the rental of the apartment.

Arrivals / Departures :

Arrivals are from 13:00pm and until 7:00am the next morning (open day & night)
Departures must be done before 11:00am. (Unless agreed, after 11:00am an additional night will be charged)
To facilitate your arrival, we ask you to specify your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation / Modifications :

Cancellations or changes to bookings are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of change, cancellation, or no-show within 14 days prior to arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged.

Payment / Deposit :

The payment of your reservation can be done before your arrival by PayPal (contact us for the procedure to be followed) or on the spot in cash, or bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, CB, JCB ...).

A prepayment deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. It usually corresponds to the amount of the first night. It can be done via PayPal or Western Union.
